At the Rainbow Beach Club Resort,
rates, seasons and special packages are structured to
maximize the guests options and values while minimizing the cost of
each exceptional experience. Standard rates and special package
rates will vary depending upon the season, special events and number
of guest in each party.
Free car rental: Included with a minimum stay of 7 days
during high and peak season only. (Gas, taxes, insurance and
upgrades are not included in this package).
Rate Policy: Posted rates are valid from November 15, 2007 to
December 31, 2008. All rates are subject to applicable
jurisdictional taxes and occupancy taxes. All rates are subject to
change without notice.
Occupancy:
Extra person charges will vary from $40 in Low and Mid Season to $60
in High and Peak Season. Maximum occupancy per unit will vary
between six (6) and eight (8) persons. Children under the age of 12
stay free of charge.
Deposit Policy: Usually a 50% deposit is due upon booking.
The deposit is refundable if cancellation is received by the Resort
within the specified timeframe. Please check with reservations
concerning cancellation policies that apply during your anticipated
timeframe. You may lose your deposit and be responsible for the
entire length of your anticipated stay if cancellation policies are
not met. Any no-shows or cancellations received after the specified
cut-off date will be subject to further penalty.
Minimum Lengths of Stay Policy (MLOS): Minimum length of stay
in Peak season is 7, High is 5, mid and low is 3. These MLOS Policies may change without notice.
