At the Rainbow Beach Club Resort,
rates, are structured to
maximize the guests options and values while minimizing the cost of
each exceptional experience. Standard rates will vary depending upon the season, and number
of guest in each party.
Rate Policy: Posted rates are valid from September 1st to
August 31st. All rates are subject to applicable
jurisdictional taxes and occupancy taxes. All rates are subject to
change without notice.
Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy per unit will vary
between two (2) and six (6) persons. Children under the age of 10
stay free of charge.
Deposit Policy: Usually a 50% deposit is due upon booking.
The deposit is refundable if cancellation is received by the Resort
within the specified timeframe. Please check with reservations
concerning cancellation policies that apply during your anticipated
timeframe. You may lose your deposit and be responsible for the
entire length of your anticipated stay if cancellation policies are
not met. Any no-shows or cancellations received after the specified
cut-off date will be subject to further penalty.
Minimum Lengths of Stay Policy (MLOS): Minimum length of stay
in Winter season is 6, and Summer season is 3. These MLOS Policies may change without notice.
